• Category Structure — Product categories and their parent-child hierarchies are created and updated in WooCommerce based on your Business Central item category setup, keeping store navigation aligned with your ERP without manual effort.
• Inventory and Pricing — Stock levels are pushed to WooCommerce in real time with automatic in-stock, on-backorder, and out-of-stock mapping. Both regular and promotional prices are synchronised, so sale prices from Business Central appear on your storefront immediately.
• Customer Accounts — Customer records from Business Central are synchronised to WooCommerce, with duplicate detection ensuring existing accounts are updated rather than recreated. Email updates are controlled independently through configuration.
• Order Fulfilment Updates — Order confirmation, shipment registration, and invoicing in Business Central each trigger a corresponding status update in WooCommerce. Shipment tracking details — provider, tracking number, and URL — are written directly to WooCommerce orders.
• Real-Time Order Capture — New WooCommerce orders arrive in Business Central instantly via secure webhooks, with all line items, shipping lines, coupons, fees, and addresses mapped to a sales order. Order updates and custom checkout events are handled in the same way.
