What It Does

  • Purchase Receipts — Posted sales invoices are sent to Voyado as purchase receipts, including line items, payment methods, pricing, taxes, and discounts. Credit memos are submitted as return receipts, keeping loyalty history accurate after refunds.
  • Order Management — Order confirmations from Business Central are created in Voyado automatically, and a transactional contact is created if the customer does not yet exist. When a shipment is posted, Voyado is updated with tracking number, tracking URL, and estimated delivery date, and the shipment confirmation is triggered. Return orders are submitted to Voyado and confirmed, keeping purchase history and loyalty balances correct.
  • Product Catalog — Items from Business Central are exported to Voyado as an article feed via FTP, supporting up to 25 configurable fields including SKU, brand, color, size, categories, and GTIN to enrich product data for personalisation and recommendations.

  • Test Mode Support — A dedicated test email setting allows receipts to be validated before going live, reducing risk during onboarding.
