What It Does
- Product and Variant Synchronisation — Items from Business Central are created or updated in Plytix automatically. Variant items are handled as product families, with each variant linked to a shared parent product to preserve the catalogue hierarchy across both systems.
- Rich Attribute Mapping — Product attributes are mapped to any Plytix attribute type — text, decimal, integer, boolean, dropdown, or multi-value text. Calculated attributes based on Liquid expressions let you include derived values without modifying source data in Business Central.
- Dropdown Option Maintenance — New attribute values are added to the corresponding Plytix dropdown lists automatically during export, keeping option lists consistent as the catalogue grows.
- Product ID Write-Back — After a new product is created in Plytix, the assigned product ID is written back to the Business Central item record, providing a persistent cross-system link used for all subsequent updates.
