What It Does
- Product Catalogue — Item records are pushed from Business Central to Madden Analytics with full attribute detail — SKU, EAN, brand, category, colour, size, and supplier — and Madden's product reference is written back to the Business Central item.
- Pricing — Sale, wholesale, cost, and supplier prices are synchronised from Business Central to Madden Analytics using a configurable mapping with wildcard support for price list codes.
- Inventory and Stock Levels — Stock balances per warehouse and unit cost prices are pushed to Madden Analytics whenever they change in Business Central.
- Purchase Orders and Receipts — Purchase orders are sent to Madden as they are created and updated, merging with existing records to preserve delivery history; receipts add confirmations, and deleted orders are cancelled or trimmed based on fulfilment state.
- Distribution and Consignment Orders — All stages of distribution and consignment activity are synchronised to Madden Analytics with duplicate detection to keep order history consistent.
- Sales Transactions — Order confirmations, shipments, invoices, return orders, and credit memos are pushed to Madden Analytics with store, market, currency, and line-level detail, with returns linked to their originating orders.
- Distribution Orders from Madden — When a distribution order is confirmed in Madden Analytics, a consignment order is created in Business Central and routed to the correct warehouses automatically.
- Purchase Orders from Madden — Purchase orders drafted in Madden Analytics are pushed to Business Central via webhook, populating order header and lines for buyers to review and confirm in their normal procurement workflow.
