What It Does

  • Shipment Booking — Consignments ready in Business Central are submitted to Ingrid, which selects the carrier and service based on your shipping method, delivery address, and parcel dimensions. Parcel IDs, tracking numbers, and tracking URLs are written back to Business Central automatically after booking.
  • Shipping Labels — Labels generated by Ingrid are made available in Business Central immediately after booking, in SVG, ZPL, PDF, and PNG formats — ready to print or send to warehouse systems without conversion.
  • Tracking Number Registration — For shipments fulfilled outside Ingrid's booking flow, the connector registers tracking numbers back into Ingrid so customer-facing delivery tracking stays accurate and up to date.
