What It Does

• Items and Product Catalogue — Item records, including dimensions, units of measure, and product images, are sent to IMI GO! automatically when created or updated in Business Central.
• Purchase Orders — Purchase orders and consignment documents are transmitted to IMI GO! for inbound receiving, with IMI GO! order identifiers written back to Business Central.
• Sales Orders and Returns — Confirmed sales orders and return orders are pushed to IMI GO! for picking, dispatch, and returns processing.
• Shipment Confirmation — Fulfilment details and tracking information are retrieved from IMI GO! and registered in Business Central when an order ships.
• Purchase Receipts — Completed inbound deliveries are pulled from IMI GO! and created as purchase receipts in Business Central.
• Sales Return Receipts — Completed returns processed in IMI GO! are automatically created as return receipts in Business Central.
• Order Status Updates — Current order statuses are retrieved from IMI GO! and written back to open sales orders in Business Central.
• Stock and Inventory — Inventory is kept accurate through incremental quantity change sync and scheduled or on-demand full stock reconciliation.
