- Price Synchronisation — Sales prices from Business Central are applied to the matching price variant in Crystallize, with support for multiple pricing tiers or currency configurations per product.
- Order Status Updates — When orders are shipped, confirmed, or cancelled in Business Central, the corresponding Crystallize order advances through the configured pipeline stage automatically — with the option to override the stage per order for edge cases.
- Sales Order Import — Customer orders placed in Crystallize are forwarded to Business Central as sales orders via webhook the moment they occur, transferring full order details including customer information, delivery and billing addresses, line items, and payment data.
