What It Does

  • Product Catalog Synchronization — Your full product catalog, including grand-parent, parent, and variant hierarchies, is published to ChannelEngine with standard attributes, images, and multilingual extra data; only changed fields are updated.
  • Pricing — Sales prices are kept in sync per sales code and currency, with a configurable minimum price percentage applied automatically to every update.
  • Inventory Management — Stock levels are pushed from Business Central to ChannelEngine at the warehouse location level, keeping availability accurate across all connected channels.
  • Shipment Confirmation — When an order ships, the full shipment record — carrier, tracking number, and return tracking — is posted back to ChannelEngine automatically.
  • Returns to ChannelEngine — Merchant-initiated returns registered in Business Central are sent to ChannelEngine with return reason codes and tracking details.
  • Order Acknowledgement — Explicit order acknowledgements are sent to ChannelEngine to keep the order pipeline clean and prevent orders from being re-fetched on subsequent runs.
  • Marketplace Order Import — Marketplace orders are pulled from ChannelEngine into Business Central as sales orders with full billing, shipping, and warehouse routing data; each order is acknowledged automatically.
  • Return Order Import — Customer returns from ChannelEngine are imported as return orders with quantities, pricing, and mapped reason codes, acknowledged on completion so they do not reappear.
